Seeking a BCBA with a pediatric focused company supervising center and home based ABA services. Opportunities for advancement! We offer a wide range of therapeutic services so believe in collaborating across disciplines to offer the maximum support for client progress. Very competitive salary and benefits with full-time employee status. (Prefer full-time applicants but may accept part time)
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-Centered Services:
    • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual client needs.
    • Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Leadership & Supervision:
    • Provide effective supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality service delivery.
    • Lead team meetings and contribute to professional development initiatives.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and developmental therapists to create comprehensive care plans.
    • Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and progress.
  • Program Development & Improvement:
    • Participate in ongoing program evaluation and contribute ideas to improve service delivery.
    • Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in behavior analysis.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A strong candidate for this role will have:
  • A Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) with relevant state licensure.
  • 1-3 years experience in applied behavior analysis
  • Leadership Qualities:
    • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of RBTs.
  • Positive Attitude:
    • A forward-thinking, energetic approach with a passion for making a difference in clients' lives.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
